Whenever a new prospect books a meeting appointment through your calendar, this automation creates a new zoom meeting room with their details.

Zapier, Calendly, Zoom

Select connect calendly to zoom. Invitee created for “if” and create meeting for “then that”

Hit “use zap” button, and you’ll be taken to a page to connect your APIs and authorize them.

Test your first trigger to make sure the first Zap works.

Go to the zoom meeting zap and select fill out reach field. By clicking on each field, data of the event that you want to automate will populate, select them.

Hit test and continue. Now a new meeting room will be created for every new calednly appointment you receive.
